Bookstore Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your book purchase! We reassure our readers that each book that they purchase is in brand new condition. We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Books and items can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
    • The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or markings.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Opened or damaged books (unless the item is defective)
  • How to Return:

    • Send us an email at tibok.bookstore@gmail.com with the subject line "Book Return Request" and we will coordinate with you on how the book may be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • If the book or item is returned in less-than-perfect condition (e.g., damaged or marked), a partial refund may be issued.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges:
    • If you'd like to exchange a book or item for another of equal or lesser value, we are happy to assist with this in-store or through customer service. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
